Position Summary
This role is essential to the successful implementation of Agentrics Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software for our retail and manufacturing clients. The consultant’s overall mission is to strengthen our customers’ PLM programs with the Agentrics PLM solution and industry know-how. Deliverables range from supporting our sales team with demonstrations, analyzing customer requirements, liaising with Agentrics development to ensure quality and timely delivery, to guiding the customer with best practices and drive continual improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an expert on the Agentrics PLM solution and be able to present and apply the solution to a Retail Private Label community. Bringing experience and knowledge to a relationship, advise the client on best practice working methods and optimized approaches.
- Analyze and document customer requirements, present our existing solutions and address any gaps with new solutions
- Be willing to work at a client location during implementation and adoption phases
- Ensure successful implementation and adoption of Agentrics PLM by the client.
- Analyze PLM solutions and articulate market needs with recommendations on enhancements
- Participate in design review meetings, documentation and related processes to ensure ongoing and sustainable product quality
- Work closely with software development teams to ensure delivery of software according to specification
- Carry out business testing of new deployments and enhancements
- Serve as the link between Customers and the Agentrics Development teams

Skills and Expertise:
- In depth knowledge of PLM applications
- Good understanding of retail private label and /or manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
- Strong analytical ability, sufficient to understand complex requirements, identify problems, seek relevant data, recognise incomplete information and diagnose possible causes of the problem
- Excellent PC skills in all office software
- High degree of self-motivation and ability to work within a dynamic environment.
- Ability to modify style and approach in order to achieve a specific objective.
- Excellent inter-personal skills with ability to engage, motivate and involve a wide range of individuals on project activities.
- Ability to deal with all management levels of a business
Education and Experience:
- Experience in Project Management of SAAS solutions onsite at clients
- PLM solution experience
- Bachelor Degree
- Master Degree preferred
- Multilingual skills (French, Spanish, Portuguese)
