Position Summary
This position needs a German/English bilingual to work full-time supporting customers on our web-based applications and participate in projects introducing new potential suppliers to our retail clients.
The shift for this role is 1am to 11am four days a week.
We are considering local candidates only and you must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
Daily tasks in customer support including:
- Troubleshooting customer inquiries
- Recording issues in an incident tracking database
- Providing status updates on known issues
- Continually building proficiency in our online applications.

Skills and Expertise:
Essential:
- Written and spoken fluency in German and English (Proficiency in other languages also valued)
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Facility for working in a diverse team
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
- Knowledge of the Internet, PC basics, and working knowledge of MS-Office products: Outlook, Word & Excel and/or Customer Relationship Management tools.
- Able to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
