Agentrics, LLC is the leading provider of sourcing, product lifecycle management, and supply chain solutions to the retail and manufacturing sectors
We seek a German/English bilingual individual who can source new suppliers to Agentrics’ retail customers and support these suppliers on our sourcing and product lifecycle management applications.
Daily tasks in Customer Services include building lists of potential suppliers for retailers, contacting suppliers to qualify them according to our customers’ standards, and documenting results in a professional format. Minor translation and proofreading of company documents into Italian is also required on occasion.
Daily tasks in Customer Support include continually building proficiency on our applications, researching and answering customer inquiries, recording issues in an incident tracking database, and following issues through resolution.
This is a temporary position. The position will end on March 29th 2010.
Qualifications:
- Written and spoken fluency in German and English (Proficiency in other languages also valued)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
· Experience in the retail industry, customer support, or sales
- Facility for working in a diverse team and contributing to multiple projects
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
- Working knowledge of PC basics, MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Customer Relationship Management tools
- Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
The annual salary is $33,696 including an 8% night-shift differential, plus an annual bonus of 5%, a full range of benefits (medical, dental, vision, tuition, 401k, and others), as well as 3 weeks of vacation.
This team operates on a 4x10 schedule, defined as working 4 evenings/early mornings for 10 hours with additional 30 minute break, 4 times a week.
