Position Summary
Agentrics is looking for a highly motivated Accounting Professional to provide leadership and coordination of the company’s global accounting department, and management reporting functions across multiple offices. This person must ensure company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principle, help promulgate global accounting standards, ensure compliance to corporate policies and manage accounting team, while working closely with the Finance Manager and other accounting professionals in different offices in multiple regions.
Responsibilities:
Must have the ability to:
- Oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
- Manage the preparation monthly financial statements for consolidated financials, including balance sheet, statement of cash flows and income.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
- Help implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
- Review balance sheet account reconciliations per corporate and divisional policies and procedures.
- Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll.
- Serve as liaison relative to company financial issues.
- Oversee financial management of foreign operations to include developing financial and budget policies and procedures.
- Direct financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
- Directs the maintenance subsidiary ledgers, monthly and annual close cycles.
- Establishes system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems.
- Directs the installation and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, and other related procedures and controls.

Travel Requirements:
Some travel may be required for this role, not to exceed 15%
Skills and Expertise:
Essential:
- Working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
- Hire and direct professional staff in management and development
- Drive continuous improvement
- Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
- Ability to compile and review financial data and prepared financial reports, statements and projections.
- Working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.
- Has experience guiding and mentoring staff in a virtual environment.
- Knowledge of software and or professional services business model.
- Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word; Excel; Great Plains accounting software; payroll systems and Explorer internet software.

- Knowledge of International accounting is a major plus
Education and Experience:
Essential:
- Degree in Accounting, five to ten years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, must have CPA.
- Experience working with Europe, Asia, and South American countries and teams.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains)
