GenNovation (PLM) Customer Support Agent

Agentrics, LLC, is the leading provider of sourcing, supply chain management, and product lifecycle management solutions to the retail and manufacturing sectors.

We seek a motivated individual to become an expert on our web-based private label management application and serve as the first point-of-contact for our retail clients and their supplier community.

Daily tasks in customer support include troubleshooting customer inquiries, recording issues in an incident tracking database, providing status updates on known issues, and continually building proficiency in our online applications.

This is an excellent opportunity with the potential for growth in retail and IT among other areas.

Qualifications:

  • Written and spoken fluency in English and preferably one other language (Spanish, Portuguese, or other)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Desire and initiative to learn our web-based applications and to learn about the retail industry
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • 1 or more years of experience in the retail, customer support, or sales
  • Facility for working in a diverse team
  • Knowledge of the Internet, PC basics, and working knowledge of MS-Office products: Outlook, Word & Excel and/or Customer Relationship Management tools.
  • Able to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

The annual salary is $31,200, plus an annual bonus of 5%, a full range of benefits (medical, dental, vision, tuition, 401k, and others), as well as 3 weeks of vacation.
