Careers Collaboration Solutions Consultant Position Location: Alexandria, VA or Chicago, IL Position Description: The Collaboration Solutions Consultant is responsible for the delivery of service offerings associated with Agentrics’ GenShare Collaboration Solutions. This individual is the primary contact for Agentrics members and trading partners regarding the implementation execution, ongoing operation, and enhancement of the GenShare solutions. Responsibilities Summary: Implementation Support - Demonstrated ability to execute components of the Implementation Methodology including assessment, pilot, and rollout phases of the process, documenting/assisting in process design, and articulating the purpose of all phases of the implementation.
- Support customers during the on-boarding process by providing initial product orientation.
- Define detailed process flows for the CPFR business capability, illustrating how system is to be utilized and outlining the sequence of events.
- Develop checklists and measurement techniques to provide common guidance for customers needs to manage implementation processes and measure results.
- Data Modeling –Build, test, and validate customers’ data models.
- Provide technical assistance and expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures, which are effective and meet the end users’ requirements
- Provide status to customers during implementation identifying risks and recommending alternative solutions
- Advise existing customers on industry best practices to maximize customers value from CPFR software & processes
- Package and distribute communication materials to customers for implementation preparation.
- Assist in the development and incremental improvement of the CPFR knowledge bank, best practices, industry trends, market reports, implementation tools and templates.
- Facilitate between software user technical teams, support organizations, and users
Commercialization Support - Assess customers current capabilities, computing environments, systems’ readiness and technical abilities to determine appropriate work plans and schedules to implement CPFR into customer’s organizations
- Designing, developing, and globally deploying consistent demonstrations of the CPFR Solution.
- Explore new tactics and technologies to continually innovate presentation techniques.
Requirements Management - Provide development team support to ensure Agentrics recommendations for product enhancements are incorporated into the solution
- Support new product releases by working tightly with Agentrics product development and members to quickly gain and disseminate expertise of new features and applications.
Other Responsibilities: - Conduct business with the highest level of integrity and maintain absolute confidentiality in dealing with Agentrics and customer data
Solutions Consultants’ performance will be measured on: - Excellent customer satisfaction ratings from members and trading partners
- Contributions to driving member adoption and execution against Agentrics plan- including number of companies using CP & trading partners.
- Completion of deliverables, team and individual objectives on a timely basis.
- Execution through product team to coordinate and deliver product and service offering(s) on time, and in accordance with requirements

Education and Experience: - BS/BA in business or a related field from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working in an application software user/development/support/implementation role.
- 1-3 years experience with Supply Chain Management processes including forecasting, replenishment planning or merchandise planning either as a practitioner or consultant -Retail /Manufacturing experience preferred
Travel Requirements: - Approximately 5-15% of time traveling to member, trading partner, prospective member or vendor locations (mostly domestic)
