Position Summary
Candidate will be responsible for large-scale strategic sales of Agentrics product suite. Your objective is to generate the highest revenue throughput possible by closing deals with new & current customers. You will achieve this by maximizing the conversion of pre-qualified sales opportunities by applying a true consultative approach to business development.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a quality pipeline in conjunction with marketing and the Sales Coordinator, of solution and service opportunities
  • Work closely with the product and delivery teams to identify sales opportunities in accounts and engages appropriate resources to develop the opportunity
  • Understand, position, and sell the full suite of Agentrics solutions
  • Driving Consulting Services deals end to end. From lead generation in conjunction with Sales Coordinator, to solution development and presentation, to contract negotiations, to deal closing and to making sure the deal is property transitioned to product consultants.
  • Build compelling business cases to support proposals and identify return on investment, successfully concerting opportunities into consulting engagements.
  • Develop strong relationships with potential clients at SVP, Director and C-levels
  • Conduct sales calls and customer prospect visits
  • Lead the Statement of Work, negotiation, and contracting process
  • Develop, maintain and report opportunities in weekly pipeline management solution
  • Ensure successful delivery of defined solution and maintain contact with current Agentrics accounts as potential sources of additional business. 
Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel 50-75%
 
Skills and Expertise:
Essential:
  • Candidate should have 5-10 years CPG experience in addition to Retail expertise.
  • Ability to develop and maintain executive level relationships.
  • Some experience in operations, preferably in supply chain management and procurement
  • Willing to travel throughout the United States
  • Result oriented, task focused individual with the ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis
  • Experience working with Microsoft CRM or equivalent
  • Must be a team player, accustomed to working with employees at all levels of the organization.
 Education and Experience:
Essential:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Economics
  • 5 – 10 years of experience in direct field sales of Consulting Services
  • Bi-lingual (English plus one or more of the following languages: French, German or Spanish) is a plus.
  • Experience selling complex software solutions with 3-9 month sales cycles
  • Sales experience from a retail, supply chain industry.
