Our team supports the Agentrics community every day in many ways:

• Serves as the primary point of contact for all callers
• Solves access problems (e.g. login assistance, browser troubleshooting, account activation)
• Provides Agentrics application support (e.g. navigation within application, guidance on using specific features, investigation of trouble reports)
• Provides instructor-led training sessions on all GenSource applications
• Escalates application issues to the qualified support team for speedy resolution

All questions relating to customers’ internal business processes and company-specific hardware and software will be referred to the company's identified contact person.
